Drodzy Tancerze! Kolejna edycja FIZYCZNYzGAGAcamp przed nami! Zapraszamy na letnie warsztaty Gaga/dancers, repertuaru Ohada Naharina oraz tańca fizycznego w dniach 27 sierpnia – 2 września 2017. Przed nami ciężka ruchowa praca połączona z przyjemnym wywczasem poza granicami Krakowa 😉 Planujcie wakacje w taki sposób, żeby spędzić je z nami oraz z najlepszymi zagranicznymi pedagogami.

DLA KOGO: tancerze średniozaawansowani i zaawansowani, zainteresowani szeroko pojętym tańcem współczesnym i improwizacją; osoby pełnoletnie z Polski oraz z zagranicy
- 1650 złotych przy zgłoszeniu i dokonaniu wpłaty całości lub I raty w wysokości 1000 złotych do 10 czerwca 2017 oraz II raty w wysokości 650 złotych do 15 lipca 2017
- 1800 złotych przy zgłoszeniu od 11 czerwca 2017 r. do wyczerpania miejsc
- 6 h warsztatów przez 5 dni + dwie dodatkowe lekcje Gaga/dancers w pierwszym i ostatnim dniu wyjazdu, w sumie = 32, 5 h tańca!
- wieczory integracyjno-twórcze (w programie m.in. dzikie harce przy ognisku, gry terenowe, kino tańca, jamy taneczne)

Noa Paran was born in Israel in 1986 and trained as a dancer in the Kadima Community Center. From 2007-2010, she was a dancer in the Batsheva Ensemble and performed in works by Ohad Naharin and Sharon Eyal. Noa also performed as a collaborating dancer in Network (2011) by Maya Levy & Hanan Anando Mars and Garden Of Minutes (2015) by Noa Zuk & Ohad Fishof.
Noa began teaching Gaga in 2008. She gives classes to the Batsheva Ensemble and taught in the Gaga Teacher Training Program. She also teaches regularly in the Gaga/people classes in Israel and in dance schools and workshops in Israel and around the world.
Noa received a Bachelor of Design degree from Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design.
Gaga is a movement language which Ohad Naharin developed over the course of many years and which is applied in daily practice and exercises by the Batsheva Dance Company members. The language of Gaga originated from the belief in the healing, dynamic, ever-changing power of movement.
Gaga is a new way of gaining knowledge and self-awareness through your body. Gaga provides a framework for discovering and strengthening your body and adding flexibility, stamina, and agility while lightening the senses and imagination. Gaga raises awareness of physical weaknesses, awakens numb areas, exposes physical fixations, and offers ways for their elimination. The work improves instinctive movement and connects conscious and unconscious movement, and it allows for an experience of freedom and pleasure in a simple way, in a pleasant space, in comfortable clothes, accompanied by music, each person with himself and others.
Gaga/dancers is open to professional dancers and dance students.
“Gaga challenges multi-layer tasks.
We are aware of the connection between effort and pleasure, we are aware of the distance between our body parts, we are aware of the friction between flesh and bones, we sense the weight of our body parts, yet, our form is not shaped by gravity . . . We are aware of where we hold unnecessary tension, we let go only to bring life and efficient movement to where we let go . . . We are turning on the volume of listening to our body, we appreciate small gestures, we are measuring and playing with the texture of our flesh and skin, we might be silly, we can laugh at ourselves. We connect to the sense of “plenty of time,” especially when we move fast, we learn to love our sweat, we discover our passion to move and connect it to effort, we discover both the animal we are and the power of our imagination. We are “body builders with a soft spine.”
We learn to appreciate understatement and exaggeration, we become more delicate and we recognize the importance of the flow of energy and information through our body in all directions. We learn to apply our force in an efficient way and we learn to use “other” forces.
We discover the advantage of soft flesh and sensitive hands, we learn to connect to groove even when there is no music.
We are aware of people in the room and we realize that we are not in the center of it all. We become more aware of our form since we never look at ourselves in a mirror; there are no mirrors. We connect to the sense of the endlessness of possibilities. Yielding is constant while we are ready to snap . . .
We explore multi-dimensional movement, we enjoy the burning sensation in our muscles, we are aware of our explosive power and sometimes we use it. We change our movement habits by finding new ones, we can be calm and alert at once.

Ohad Naharin has been hailed as one of the world’s preeminent contemporary choreographers. As Artistic Director of Batsheva Dance Company since 1990, he has guided the company with an adventurous artistic vision and reinvigorated its repertory with his captivating choreography. His works have also been performed by prominent companies including Nederlands Dans Theater, the Paris Opera Ballet, Les Grand Ballets Canadiens de Montréal, Compañía Nacional de Danza (Spain), Cullberg Ballet (Sweden), Cedar Lake Contemporary Ballet (New York), and Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater (New York). Naharin is also the originator of an innovative movement language, Gaga, which has enriched his extraordinary movement invention, revolutionized the company’s training, and emerged as a growing force in the larger field of movement practices for both dancers and non-dancers.
ROSER LÓPEZ ESPINOSA
Graduated in contemporary dance in the MTD – Theaterschool / Higher School of Arts in Amsterdam (The Netherlands). In 2005 she is awarded a danceWEB scholarship in Vienna and trains with former Olympic gymnastics coach Jaume Miró. She has danced in The Netherlands with Katie Duck’s Magpie Company, Marta Reig Torres and Pere Faura. In Barcelona she has worked with Àngels Margarit / Cia Mudances, as well with Cesc Gelabert and film maker Isaki Lacuesta, Iago Pericot or Bebeto Cidra, among others. Her own creation work has received international recognition with prizes at Masdanza Festival (Solo First Prize), Burgos-NY and Madrid choreography contests and has been selected for European tour Aerowaves. She premieres Lowland in 2013 in Mercat de les Flors (Barcelona), piece that keeps touring internationally at present. In 2014 she makes Hand to hand, a production of Dutch company Conny Janssen Danst in co-production of Dansateliers. She premieres November in 2015 in co-production with Dansateliers Rotterdam and makes The flock for 18 dancers for MTD2 in Amsterdam in 2016. She is an associated artist of La Caldera creation centre in Barcelona. She is a regular teacher at the Dance Conservatory of Barcelona / Institut del Teatre, a guest teacher at MTD in Amsterdam and ArtEZ Dansacademie in Arnhem (The Netherlands) and teaches workshops internationally. Her work has been programed at main European international festivals as well as in Egypt, Argentina, Chile, Panama, Canada and Japan.
These classes propose a technical work approaching movement from an articulated, soft, agile, fast and powerful body. We take advantage of the movement capacity of the spine as a motor: curves, spirals, twists, riples and combined ondulating movements. We go through floor work, with rolls, glides, simple acrobatic movements and jumps. We awaken the tuning and the sense of team to create together fast trajectories in space. And we put into practice the different eye ranges, detail, precision and playfulness.
