Cardio Contemporary – is the renaissance of contemporary dance! Classes from scratch, dedicated to those people, who don’t believe that contemporary technique lessons can be energetic, intense and assimilable at the same time 😉
Following on the success of fitness training, and also getting away from it 😉 we offer you lessons, during which we will be carried by a common rhythm, breath and magical properties of further enlarging repetitions. Visible effect: after three months!

Training is held every Monday and Wednesday at: 6.30 p.m. – 8.00 p.m.
We invite all who are 16 years old or more!
Price: 250 zl/3 months or 3 instalments of 100 zl
