We’re opening the space of the Krakow Choreographic Centre for you!

In response to numerous voices highlighting the lack of creative workspaces for dance and choreography, we’re launching Open Studio KCC – a place for rehearsals, personal practice, and research.

For a symbolic 10 PLN, you can use the studio every Monday between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

When and where?

Studio of the Krakow Choreographic Centre – Nowa Huta Cultural Centre
Every Monday, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM
(except on days when KCC events are taking place)

You reserve the entire time slot (10:00–15:00), but you can come for a shorter period if you wish.
Each person may book one slot per month.

For whom?

Open Studio KCC is designed for people involved in the contemporary dance scene in Krakow:
– individual artists;
– creative groups and collectives;
– NGOs;
– adults (18+).

What’s available?

– a studio with a ballet floor (no mirrors);
– an audio system for your own use.

Cost

10 PLN per slot (10:00–15:00)
Tickets can be purchased at the Nowa Huta Cultural Centre ticket machine or box office.

Rules of use

– One person makes the reservation, signs the regulations, and is responsible for the group;
– The studio is not intended for teaching or workshops – it’s a space for your own artistic practice;
– Bookings can be cancelled up to one week before the scheduled date;
– If you plan to record video, please let us know in advance;
– We’d love it if you tag us on social media (IG: @kccnck / FB: @kcc.nck), though it’s not required;
– Events organized by KCC have priority;
– The studio regulations and operating instructions apply.

Confirmation

After submitting the form, you’ll receive a booking confirmation and an instructional video showing how to access and use the studio.
