March and April were full of travels to Prague for us! Monika Szpunar represented KCC during the Bazaar Festival, while Ola Honza took part in the Czech Dance Platform 2025.

From Monika:
The positive energy of the organizers, their dedication, and the rich program full of opportunities for direct conversations between artists, audiences, and other participants created an amazing festival atmosphere! I will long remember Bodies in Progress (Extended) by Martina Hajdyla Lacová – a performance with nine pregnant women who are all professionally connected to the stage; the Steam Room collective’s workshop-performance exploring what it means to be both “sassy” and “extremely precise”; as well as LUSH BLAST: Tasting the Untamed by choreographers Alica Minar and Dorota Michalak.

The Bazaar gave me so much inspiration and positive energy for future projects. I’m grateful I had the chance to represent KCC at the Festival 🙂

It was a few intense days, full of inspiring performances, conversations, and meetings with creators from all over Europe. I’m coming back with a head full of ideas and a hope for new international collaborations!
