The Contemporary Dance Festival SPACER 2014 (third edition)
Organizer: Nowa Huta Cultural Centre, Krakow Choreographic Centre, Krakow Dance Theatre
The third edition of The Contemporary Dance Festival SPACER took place on 1st – 4th May and included the presentation of performances, after performance conversations, the show crowning coaching with Thomas Steyaert and also installations and performative actions. At the time of the Festival we could also visit the photography exhibition of Art Color Ballet and take part in the workshops “CIAŁOWANIE”. The teachers of this year’s edition are: Natalia Iwaniec (Gaga), Wojciech Mochniej (organic dance technique) and Thomas Steyaert (physical dance/ “here and now”) – the last of mentioned educators also conducted the four-days coaching for advanced dancers.
