We are very happy to inform that the Around Centre Group is invited by the AURA Dance Theatre to perform “Mourners” in Kaunas (Lithuania) on the 1st of December 2017.<\/p>\n

Weeper \nCrying-no-moaning! \nUntil the short of breath \nSuch a life \nSuch a profession \nSometimes you just don\u2019t want to talk to anyone \nSometimes the pain is too strong \nEverything has already happened, you can\u2019t change it \nMoan! \nAnd let live the others \nProfessionally. For show. \nLamentation. Hysteria. Sob. \nThat oh!<\/p>\n
Do you worry sometimes if \u201cyour life means something\u201d? What will you leave behind? And who will weep over you? Do not worry! Such people will be arranged.<\/p>\n
Mourning is rather unpopular topic today. By creating \u201cMourners\u201d we wanted to confront tradition with modernity and look at the different ways of \u201csurvival\u201d and telling about it. Creating scenes alternately serious, ironic, funny, sad, and sometimes grotesque, we try to play with the audience sensibility, we build emotional traps and we sometimes reveal the mechanisms of show. \u201cMourners\u201d are interactive and break the barriers of scene, build intimacy in a close encounter of spectator and the artist.<\/p>\n
