She gives herself time for development. She also gives the audience time to harmonise their own bodies with the performer\u2019s body. Tens involves tension, mindfulness, and calmness, as well as strength, which can always be found by taking a deep breath in and out and standing strong on one\u2019s feet. *Tens (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) is a method used in pain management therapy, based on using low-amplitude electrical impulses.
